Howie Mandel loves pranks, and with help from the Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan, he was ready to pull off the ultimate ruse—a surprise home makeover for Rich, his best friend and road manager of 30 years. Rich lived in his bachelor pad condo, complete with beer can wall and bottlecap table, for 15 years. Howie wanted to transform the space into a stylish home where his friend could entertain and relax. Together, they reimagined the main floor to create a space with ambiance and contemporary finishes, tied together with a modern, and frameless, Flare Left Corner Fireplace.

Rich is the type of guy who appreciates a warm fire, so we really wanted to make sure we got him a proper gas fireplace.
